General
We use a waterproof sticker material as well as a lamination that provides additional water resistance.
We recommend hand washing items with stickers on them. While we have completed testing of our stickers in harsh environments, it is not recommended to use a dishwasher.
We do use a laminate on all stickers with a UV inhibitor. This allows stickers with indoor use to retain their color for up to 4 years. For items placed in direct sunlight you may view some fading over time.
All of our stickers have a matte laminate to that helps prevent fading due to UV rays.

Honestly because people can be real big Richards! We protect or composition of graphics so people can just copy them.
We do allow guest checkout, but to receive our weekly releases email, coupon emails, birthday gifts, etc you must register an account.
Shipping
USPS is our preferred shipping partner. All Items are shipped first class mail with tracking unless another shipping option is selected
We make every effort to ship orders received by 5pm the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship Monday morning.
Free shipping is available on orders over $30.
Expedited shipping options are available for your order for a charge. Free shipping or discounted shipping does not apply to expedited orders.
You can visit the order tracking page. You must have your order number and the email you used to make your purchase. Once and item is shipped you will also receive and email with your USPS tracking number.
Returns
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your stickers. If you have damaged items in your shipment, please let us know right away by filling out the Damaged Items form. You will need to upload photos so we can place a claim with USPS and resend your order at no charge.
we want you to like your items as much as we like them, but unless an order is damaged on shipment, we do not refund orders for just not liking them.
